Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026

Window on a Wider World (“WOWW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at woww.org, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you provide.

When you fill out a form on our website, we collect the information you enter.

Specifically:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
• Event registration form: registrant names, email addresses, phone number, and any team or event details you provide.

We use Gravity Forms to operate these forms. Submissions are stored in our website's database and emailed to us so we can respond and manage your request.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We collect this through cookies and analytics tools, described below.

Payment information. We do not collect or process payment information on this website. When you choose to donate, our website links you to Zeffy, the third-party platform we use to accept donations. Any personal and payment information you enter there is collected and processed by Zeffy under its own privacy policy, and we never receive your full payment card details.

Information we receive from Zeffy. When you donate through Zeffy, we receive the details we need to acknowledge your gift and keep records, such as your name, contact information, donation amount, and payment method type (for example, credit card or bank transfer, but not your full card number).
